These terms govern your use of the PA Logistics Group LLC website and our freight brokerage, transportation, warehousing and logistics services.
By using our website, requesting a quote or booking a shipment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide freight brokerage, transportation, warehousing, global forwarding and related logistics services. As a broker, we arrange transportation with independent motor carriers.
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and depend on the details you provide. Final pricing is confirmed in the rate confirmation, which governs each shipment.
- Provide accurate weight, dimensions, commodity and pickup details.
- Disclose hazardous materials before tender.
- Package and label freight to safe transport standards.
- Active operating authority (MC/DOT) and required insurance.
- Valid W-9 and compliance with FMCSA and DOT rules.
- Carriers must notify us of any change in authority or insurance.
Invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice or rate confirmation. Past-due balances may be subject to late fees as permitted by law. Factoring assignments are honored where notified in writing.
Note any visible loss or damage on the delivery receipt, and submit claims in writing within the time limits set by the bill of lading and federal law (49 U.S.C. § 14706). Carrier liability follows the bill of lading and applicable federal law, including the Carmack Amendment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability as a broker is limited to the amount stated in the applicable rate confirmation or written agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold PA Logistics harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your shipments, or your misuse of our website.
All website content, logos and trademarks belong to PA Logistics Group LLC. You may not copy, modify or misuse them without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Joaquin County, California.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.
